How this blog works

There's no heavyweight build tool here. Posts are plain Markdown files in a posts/ folder, and a small bit of PHP turns them into pages. To publish, I drop a new .md file on the server — that's the whole workflow.

I've been using Claude Code to help with some of the code behind this.

Keep it simple. A retro site doesn't need a 200-megabyte toolchain.
